The Difficult Journey of Parenting Teenagers,

a presentation by Dr. Brad Reedy

When: Tuesday, November 3, 6:30 PM

Author of the book, The Journey of the Heroic Parent, Dr. Brad Reedy is Co-owner and Clinical Director of Evoke Therapy Programs, which provides outdoor-based therapy for adolescents, young adults and families. Embattled in drug abuse and after a nearly fatal drug overdose, Brad dropped out of Irvine High School in his sophomore year. He embarked on a journey that eventually led him to a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. He brings his life experiences and returns to share his story to parents struggling with the difficult journey of parenting children with mental health and addiction problems. 16th Annual NHS Baseball Christmas Tree, Wreath and Garland Sales

Master Drive Seminar on Teen Driving and Safety
Parents, bring your teens with you to a special Master Drive presentation at Northwood High School on Thursday, October 22, at 6:30 PM in the theater.  Hear shocking statistics about the risks to teen drivers. We're in need of gently used Athletic Shoes, Dress Shoes, Boots, Sandals, Sneakers, any footwear, any size!  Donation boxes are in Senior TA rooms and in front of the Student Activities Center (SAC). We will also hold a Saturday collection day at Northwood High School on Oct. 17, from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM.  

Join us in this recycling effort and fundraising event to benefit Grad Night! Please make sure shoes are paired together and in reusable condition; they will be reused in Africa and South America. Master Drive Seminar on Teen Driving and Safety
