Diane Kelly has been in the vet business in one way or another for over 20 years. She has worked mostly in general practice but most recently worked in an emergency room for the first time as a triage technician. The field is both challenging and interesting.

Career: Financial Planning

Jeff Demaio is a financial planner at a leading financial services firm and has been working in the personal financial industry for over 25 years.  Jeff advises senior corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and private investors and their families on personal financial planning strategies including company equity planning and benefits and compensation maximization, tax compliance, estate planning, wealth transfer, charitable planning, investment strategy and risk management.  Jeff has a bachelor's degree in finance, real estate and law from California State University, Long Beach and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Golden Gate University.

We are looking for volunteers to help with the “11th Annual Timberwolves 5k”.  If you aren’t running in the 5k, will you please support the school by volunteering your time & talent?   Any help is greatly appreciated to make this a phenomenal event for our school & community once again!!

Sacramento Safari 2020

This is Fourth District PTA’s annual two-day trip to our State Capitol in Sacramento where up to 100 PTA members get to:

• Hear from key speakers on issues that affect children and youth
• Learn about the inner workings of state government
• Advocate directly to our legislators
• Network and learn from other PTA leaders

Scholarship Opportunities for Graduating Seniors

California State PTA Scholarships Due February 1, 2020

·       $750 Volunteer Service Scholarship — This scholarship recognizes graduating seniors for their volunteer service in schools and communities, allowing them to register for courses at accredited colleges, universities, trade or technical schools. Applicants must be PTA members graduating from a California high school between January 1 and June 30 of the current academic year.

·       $500 Dr. Ralph E. White Graduating Senior Scholarship – Honoring the volunteer and public-service legacy of Dr. Ralph E. White and his wife, Eleanor, this additional scholarship provides $500 each to two successful applicants of the Volunteer Service Scholarship who intend to pursue a career in a medical field.
