The Nominating Committee is looking for any interested people for the NHS PTSA board positions for the school year, 2019-2020.  Per the bylaws all the positions are open and the nominees will be considered for the following positions:
1.     President 
2.     EVP 
3.     VP 1- Membershi
4.     VP 2 - Programs 
5.     VP 3 – Grad Night 
6.     Secretary 
7.     Treasurer 
8.     Financial Secretary 
9.     Auditor 
10.  Historian

Run with the Pack! Saturday, February 9, 2019


Register now for the 10th annual Timberwolf 5K, sponsored by Mike Dunn.  The 5K helps 25 Northwood athletic teams fund raise the gap between IUSD funding and the cost of the program.  Did you know that IUSD only funds in-season coaching, officials and transportation?  But the rest is up to us.  Teams fund raise for off-season coaches, extra in-season coaches, uniforms, equipment, training, websites, awards, banquets and more.  Run with the pack and support your favorite team on Saturday, February 9, 2018 and stay for the pancakes.

·  $45 from 12/26/2018 to 1/24/2019

·  $50 from 1/25/2019 to race day

·  *Youth up to 12th grade students are $10 less

Come and hear about a career in Medical Sales from Mr. Tim Bass. Mr. Bass is a graduate of Servite High School and Loyola Marymount where he played 4 years of water polo. He has worked in sales for several Fortune 500 companies including 3M and Stryker Corporation.  He is the owner of Baar Surgical which has sold spinal implants to orthopedic and neurosurgeons in the greater Orange County area for the last 20 years.  We service almost 10 companies as independent distributors and assist the surgeons we work within the operating room during the use of our products.

            Career: Pharmacist

Come and hear about a career as a Pharmacist from Dr. Lawrence Brown. Dr. Lawrence Brown is the Associate Dean of Student Affairs and a Professor of Pharmacoeconomic and Health Policy at the Chapman University School of Pharmacy. He completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Pacific and completed his Ph.D. in Social and Administrative Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota. He began his career as a U.S. Air Force Pharmacy Technician and has worked in chain, independent, compounding, ambulatory care, and hospital pharmacies.
